Job Title: School Administrator – Primary School

Salary: £90–£110 per day (paid weekly via PAYE)
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only

A welcoming and well-organised primary school in Enfield is seeking a professional and friendly School Administrator to join their busy front office team. This is a long-term, full-time role ideally suited to someone who thrives on structure, enjoys supporting others, and can keep calm when things get busy.
This is more than just answering phones and sorting paperwork—you’ll be the friendly face that pupils, parents, and staff rely on, and the person behind the scenes who keeps everything ticking over.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the school’s front desk and acting as the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries
- Supporting attendance, admissions, and pupil records with accuracy and discretion
- Handling day-to-day communications with parents, staff and external agencies
- Managing office supplies, school registers, and general administrative tasks
- Assisting with basic finance processes such as petty cash, dinner money or invoice logging (depending on experience)
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in an administrative role—ideally within a school or education setting
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills
- Be confident using SIMS, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), or similar systems
- Have a professional and welcoming manner, with a calm and proactive approach to multitasking
- Understand the importance of safeguarding and confidentiality in a school environment
