You’ll:
✅ Support a Reception pupil to access play-based learning and daily routines
✅ Adapt activities to meet their individual needs and EHCP targets
✅ Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to track progress and next steps
✅ Help build confidence, independence and positive relationships in their first year at school


What you’ll need:
✨ Experience working with young children, ideally in an Early Years setting
✨ An understanding of SEND (autism, speech and language needs, or global delay)
✨ A calm, nurturing approach with clear, gentle boundaries
✨ Full-time availability for a long-term role
