Local schools across Sheffield

Are you a qualified teacher looking for a change of pace? Many of our schools are on the lookout for skilled educators who are open to working as Level 3 Teaching Assistants. It’s a fantastic way to keep making an impact in the classroom, without the full responsibility of planning and marking.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils in their learning, both 1:1 and in small groups

  • Assisting teachers to deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum

  • Using your teaching expertise to give children the best possible support

  • Stepping up to cover lessons when required

  • Creating a positive, structured learning environment where pupils thrive

What we’re looking for:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)

  • Willingness to work in a Level 3 TA capacity

  • Flexibility to support across different classes and cover lessons where needed

  • Strong classroom skills, adaptability, and a calm, positive approach

  • Experience across primary, secondary, or SEND (all welcome)

Why this could be the role for you:
✅ Weekly pay through PAYE – no umbrella hassle
✅ A brilliant way to stay in the classroom without the extra workload
✅ FREE access to our CPD Academy, including Thrive training
✅ Dedicated consultant support and roles in local schools
✅ Referral rewards when you recommend a friend
