This SEND specialist school is looking for a qualified teacher who knows how to bring calm, clarity, and creativity into the classroom. You’ll be joining a supportive team in a setting that’s all about unlocking confidence and independence.
About the school
Based in Telford, this provision supports learners aged 7 to 18 with a range of additional needs, social anxiety, learning difficulties, autism, physical disabilities, and more. Every pupil has an EHCP, and the curriculum is tailored to suit each one individually.

What you’ll be doing
- Delivering engaging, adapted lessons for pupils with complex needs
- Working alongside experienced support staff and therapists
- Using creative approaches and flexible strategies to support progress
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with students
- Promoting independence and personal development at every turn
What we’re looking for
- Qualified Teacher Status
- A track record of teaching students with SEND, especially autism and complex needs
- Calm, resilient, and compassionate approach to behaviour and learning
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to inclusive education and every student’s potential
