What We’re Looking For:

  • Recognised teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE, BEd or equivalent)

  • Strong subject knowledge with the ability to teach up to KS4

  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Genuine commitment to supporting every student to reach their potential

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons in your specialist subject

  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

  • Providing constructive feedback and tracking student progress

  • Collaborating closely with school staff, including senior leadership and support teams

  • Contributing to the wider school community through teamwork and professionalism
