Job Title: Qualified Music Teacher

£31,650 - £43,607 per annum
Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging music lessons to students
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans
- Organise and supervise music-related extracurricular activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the music curriculum
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Required Qualifications:
- Valid teaching qualification in Music
- Experience teaching music to students of various ages and abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for music education
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of music theory and practical application
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Familiarity with a range of musical genres and instruments
- Proficient in using technology to enhance music learning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Music Education
- Experience with conducting school choirs or orchestras
- Participation in music-related professional development courses
Working Conditions:
The role involves working during school hours, with some additional time required for extracurricular activities and planning. The teacher may need to attend school events and performances outside regular hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
