We’re looking for psychology graduates to join secondary schools across Newcastle as Teaching Assistants, Pastoral Mentors, and Behaviour Support Staff. Whether you're thinking of a future in education, youth work, or therapy, this is a brilliant first step.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting students one-to-one or in small groups

  • Helping pupils regulate emotions, boost confidence, and stay focused

  • Working alongside teachers and pastoral leads in vibrant, real-world settings

  • Gaining valuable experience with SEND, SEMH, and behaviour needs

What you’ll get:
