Protocol Education is working with specialist settings across West and North Yorkshire, including Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), SEMH schools, and alternative education provisions. These roles offer hands-on opportunities to support young people who face barriers to mainstream education.

Ideal for graduates who:

  • Have studied Psychology, Sports Science, Drama, or Education

  • Are looking for experience with SEND, SEMH, and behaviour support

  • Want to enhance their applications for teacher training or psychology postgrad courses

  • Have a confident, proactive attitude and a passion for making a difference

  • May have experience in care, youth work, or mentoring

  • Are keen to gain Team Teach or other behaviour management training

You’ll need:

  • To be local to the Bradford area and ready to work once compliance checks are completed

  • A valid DBS (on the update service or willing to apply for one)

  • Two recent references and a CV covering the last 10 years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
