We’re looking for brilliant psychology graduates to support children with additional needs in our Sheffield schools. Whether it’s Autism, SEMH, or PMLD, this is a chance to gain hands-on experience that truly makes a difference—while building the skills you’ll use for life.

No two days are the same. You’ll be part of a close-knit team supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping with interventions, and making school a safe and inspiring place for every child.

• Have a patient, positive, and flexible mindset
• Are curious about SEND and love to learn on the job
• Have experience (paid or voluntary) working with children or adults with additional needs—or you’re keen to build that experience
• Hold (or are willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS on the Update Service

What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting pupils with special educational needs in-class and during interventions
• Working 1:1 with students or in small groups
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists
• Creating calm, consistent learning spaces
• Helping every pupil feel included and empowered
