We’re looking for Psychology graduates who want to bring their knowledge into the classroom—as Teaching Assistants supporting pupils with additional needs, social-emotional challenges, or learning differences.
It’s hands-on, rewarding, and a brilliant stepping stone if you're considering educational psychology, teaching, or a career in mental health.
What you'll be doing:

Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

Helping to regulate behaviour and build emotional confidence

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists

Bringing patience, calm, and creativity to every school day
Who we're looking for:

Psychology grads (or final-year students) with a genuine interest in education and wellbeing

Experience with young people is a plus—think mentoring, youth work, tutoring, or volunteering

A positive, proactive attitude and a real team spirit

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
