Job Duties:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of educational programmes
  • Provide support to students with learning difficulties or behavioural challenges
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to create individualised education plans
  • Assist in classroom management and behaviour support

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  • Experience working with children or young adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

Experience:

Experience working with children or young adults

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of child development and learning theories
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of special education practises and strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an educational setting
  • Additional qualifications in special education or related field
