What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting children with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs

  • Putting theory into practice: helping pupils regulate emotions, engage in learning, and build positive relationships

  • Working 1:1 or in small groups under the guidance of experienced teachers and SENDCos

  • Supporting learning, routines, and social-emotional development across the school day

  • Gaining hands-on experience that’s perfect for future careers in educational psychology, mental health, or teaching
