Job Duties:

  • Assist in the implementation of educational programmes and interventions
  • Provide support to students with special educational needs
  • Conduct assessments and observations to support student learning and development
  • Collaborate with teachers and educational professionals to create tailored learning plans
  • Offer guidance and counselling to students when needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  • Experience working in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology

Experience:

Prior experience working in an educational environment

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of child development and learning theories
  • Knowledge of special educational needs and interventions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology
  • Experience working with children with diverse needs
