Job Description
We are currently seeking a Psychology Graduate in Croydon to join our team in the Education and Training industry. This is a temporary position with Part-Time hours, offering a salary of £85 - £95 per day.
Job Duties:
- Assist in the delivery of educational programmes and activities to support students' psychological development.
- Provide support to teaching staff in implementing learning strategies and behavioural interventions.
- Conduct assessments and observations to evaluate student progress and behaviour.
- Collaborate with other professionals to create individualised education plans for students.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall educational goals of the institution.
Required Qualifications:
- Psychology degree from a recognised institution.
- Valid DBS check on the Update Service.
Education:
A degree in Psychology or related field.
Experience:
Previous experience working in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of psychological theories and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong observational and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology.
- Experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs.
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in an educational setting with students of varying ages and abilities. The position may require occasional evening or weekend work to attend meetings or events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
