What you’ll be doing:

Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need that bit of extra help

Supporting classroom routines, learning, and behaviour

Helping build confidence, kindness, and good habits

Pitching in where needed—because that’s what good TAs do!
We’re looking for someone who:

Has some experience in primary or SEND (paid or voluntary)

Knows when to jump in and when to step back

Is kind, calm, and always ready to muck in

Brings a smile (and maybe a pack of stickers)
