Ready to lead your own Early Years classroom?

If you’ve got a flair for fun, a knack for nurturing, and a love for the little things (like glittery playdough masterpieces), this one’s for you.

We’re on the lookout for a creative and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join a friendly, two-form entry primary school in Wolverhampton this September (2025). It’s a full-time gig, in a school that genuinely gets the magic of the Early Years and the importance of getting it right from day one.

What’s the vibe?
The school is a community gem—welcoming, well-respected, and full of heart. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team who share ideas, support each other, and always put the children first. If you’re all about encouraging independence, sparking curiosity, and building a classroom that feels like a second home, keep reading.

Your day-to-day will include:
Planning playful, purposeful lessons that hit the EYFS goals
Creating a warm, inclusive space where every child can thrive
Building brilliant relationships with pupils, families, and your team
Keeping things consistent with clear routines and positive behaviour strategies
Tracking progress and adapting your teaching to meet each child’s needs

You’ll be a great fit if you’re:
✅ A qualified teacher (QTS) with a love for Early Years
✅ Brimming with ideas and ready to bring the classroom to life
✅ Confident in your classroom presence and communication
✅ A team player who lifts others up and sets the bar high for pupils

Extra sparkle if you have:
✨ EYFS-specific CPD or training
✨ Experience in community-focused or diverse school settings
