Love the buzz of a classroom but not the full-time pressure? We’re looking for a brilliant KS2 Supply Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Dudley this September. If you’ve got the spark to inspire and the structure to support, this could be your next favourite gig.

About the school

This is a school that lives and breathes community. It’s a place where every child is seen, supported, and encouraged to thrive—academically and personally. With a big focus on kindness, consistency, and restorative practice, it’s all about building trust and creating space for every pupil to shine. There’s music, sport, enrichment galore, and a real partnership with families.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering lively and engaging KS2 lessons that get kids thinking (and smiling)

  • Planning and marking to support consistency and pupil progress

  • Creating a welcoming space where all learners feel seen—SEND, EAL, Pupil Premium included

  • Working alongside experienced mentors and leaders who’ll have your back from day one

Who we’re after

Whether you’re an ECT raring to go or a seasoned pro with stories to tell, we want to hear from you. If you bring warmth, clarity, and care to your classroom—and believe all kids deserve to learn in a place that feels good—you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll get

  • A supportive school that believes in brilliant teaching, not box-ticking

  • A team that celebrates effort, shares ideas, and looks after one another
