Protocol Education is working in partnership with an Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school in Birmingham, seeking a KS2 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across Key Stage 2, ensuring that all pupils are supported and challenged to achieve their full potential. Planning, preparation, assessment, and pupil progression will be key aspects of your role, alongside nurturing students’ emotional well-being.
You will work closely with colleagues, sharing best practice and contributing to a collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
We are looking for someone who has:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – Essential
- A sound understanding of the KS2 curriculum
- Confidence in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of all learners
- A collaborative and proactive attitude to teaching
- ECTs are welcome and encouraged to apply – the school provides excellent support and mentoring
