What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned to the KS1 curriculum
  • Creating a warm, safe space where all pupils feel valued
  • Bringing learning to life with creative approaches and varied activities
  • Tracking pupil progress and sharing wins with families and staff
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share ideas and strategies
  • Building routines and relationships that help pupils flourish

What we’re looking for:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Sound understanding of the KS1 curriculum
  • Bags of energy, creativity, and patience
  • Confident classroom presence and flexible mindset
  • Strong communication and team spirit
  • Previous KS1 experience is fab—but not essential
