What you’ll be doing:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned to the KS1 curriculum
- Creating a warm, safe space where all pupils feel valued
- Bringing learning to life with creative approaches and varied activities
- Tracking pupil progress and sharing wins with families and staff
- Collaborating with colleagues to share ideas and strategies
- Building routines and relationships that help pupils flourish
What we’re looking for:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Sound understanding of the KS1 curriculum
- Bags of energy, creativity, and patience
- Confident classroom presence and flexible mindset
- Strong communication and team spirit
- Previous KS1 experience is fab—but not essential
