Protocol Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Birmingham, seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their early years team from September 2025.

The Role:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver a wide range of creative and stimulating activities in accordance with the EYFS curriculum.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn.
- Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for development and delivering targeted interventions when required.
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
- Keep accurate records of children's learning and development in line with statutory requirements.
- Engage in ongoing CPD and school-based training opportunities to enhance teaching practice.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS or equivalent qualification in early years education.
- Has recent experience working within an EYFS setting, supporting children’s early development.
- Demonstrates a sound understanding of the EYFS framework and a child-centred approach to teaching and learning.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Is creative, enthusiastic, and committed to fostering a love of learning in young children.
- Has the right to work in the UK.
