Your first class doesn’t have to be a leap in the dark. Let’s find you a school that helps you shine.

We’re looking for a brilliant Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a friendly and forward-thinking Primary School in Wolverhampton. Whether you’re fresh out of your PGCE or looking for a supportive setting to complete your induction, this school is all about growing great teachers—not just ticking boxes.

About the School
This is a well-loved primary school at the heart of its local community, with a strong reputation for inclusion, creativity, and care. Leadership is supportive and approachable, with an open-door policy that genuinely supports staff development. The Early Years team is collaborative and well-resourced, and the school takes a nurturing approach to learning, making it a perfect environment for early career teachers to grow in confidence and thrive. OFSTED has highlighted the positive relationships between staff and pupils, and the school’s commitment to professional learning stands out.

The role
You’ll be stepping into an Early Years setting, supported by a team who remember what it’s like to be new. There’s room to learn, space to grow, and guidance at every step.

You’ll be someone who:

  • Gets what great teaching looks like—and is excited to keep learning
  • Believes every child deserves equal opportunities
  • Brings energy, optimism, and a growth mindset
  • Loves being part of a collaborative team
  • Is UK-based with QTS or PGCE in hand
