Primary Supply Teachers Wanted

Cambridgeshire + nearby | ️ You choose the days | Solid pay, zero planning panic

Teaching’s a calling… but also, let’s be real: it’s nice to finish a day without 97 books to mark, a to-do list longer than your arm, and glitter in your hair (though… the glitter might still happen).

We’re looking for Primary Teachers who want the joy of the classroom without the after-school baggage.

This role includes:

  • Teaching enthusiastic children across EYFS–KS2

  • Walking into schools like the competent legend you are

  • Delivering lessons, sparking curiosity, and leaving with your sanity intact

This gig doesn’t include:

  • Death by planning

  • “Can you just stay for a quick staff meeting?” (you can’t, and you won’t)

  • Guilt about saying no to work on your day off

Who are we?

We’re a recruitment team that actually likes teachers. (Yes, really.)
We’ll match you with lovely schools, keep you in the loop, and never, ever ghost you. Unless we get abducted by aliens — in which case, apologies in advance.

Ideal if you’re:

  • A qualified teacher who still has the spark

  • Fancying more balance and fewer spreadsheets

  • New to the classroom or returning to it — we’ll guide you either way

Keen? Curious? Halfway through a cup of tea and thinking “Hmm…”?
Let’s chat.
