Protocol Education is partnering with welcoming schools to find enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers ready to make an impact—whether for a day, weeks, or longer!
Are you a Primary Teacher who can juggle phonics before your morning coffee, fractions before lunch, and maybe even a glitter spill or two with a smile? Whether you’re a seasoned pro or an Early Career Teacher just starting out, we want passionate educators who love making a difference in the classroom.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Manage classrooms with calm and care, creating a nurturing learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to changing plans—sometimes it’s phonics, other times it’s supervising a beanbag tower-building contest!
- Uphold safeguarding and child protection standards.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), including Early Career Teachers (ECTs/NQTs).
- Experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (placements count!).
- Genuine passion for teaching and learning (and a good sense of humour!).
- Strong classroom management skills and adaptability.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
What We Offer:
- Competitive daily rates from £120 to £190, depending on experience.
- Flexible work to fit your lifestyle, studies, or other commitments.
- A wide variety of placements in supportive, friendly schools.
- Free Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to build your skills and confidence.
- Dedicated consultants who listen and support you every step of the way.
