What You'll Do:

Inspire & Motivate: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to primary school students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Your energy will spark curiosity and excitement in every lesson!

Drive Student Success: Follow the school’s curriculum and lesson plans, while tracking and providing valuable feedback on students' progress, ensuring they stay on track for success.

Create a Positive Environment: Manage classroom behaviour with confidence and ensure a supportive, inclusive, and upbeat atmosphere where all students can thrive.

Collaborate & Connect: Work closely with other educators and staff to enhance the learning experience and contribute to a positive, connected school community.
What You Need:

Qualifications: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Experience: Previous experience in a primary school setting is essential.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse classroom environments with ease.

Clearances: A valid DBS check or willing to complete one

Knowledge: A sound understanding of the Primary school curriculum and a genuine passion for fostering children's development.
