Protocol Education is looking for Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners with experience in SEN to support a network of welcoming primary schools across Wakefield.

The role will include:

Providing tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language delays, and social-emotional challenges

Supporting teaching and learning within the EYFS and Key Stage 1 framework

Working one-to-one or in small groups to ensure every pupil can thrive

Collaborating with SENCOs, class teachers, and support staff to promote consistency and progress
We are looking for candidates who:

Hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification

Have experience working with children with SEND
-
Bring a calm, supportive approach and strong communication skills

Are adaptable, proactive, and confident supporting children’s learning in a primary setting
