Who we’re looking for:
You’ve probably been described as the calm in the storm. Whether you’ve worked with children before or have experience in care, youth work, or SEND, you know how to build positive relationships and bring patience, empathy, and a sense of humour to your work.
SEMH experience is a bonus but heart, resilience, and a genuine desire to help are what really matter here.
