What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Supply Teacher with Protocol Education, you’ll be stepping into a range of classrooms across Colchester, keeping things fun, fresh, and engaging for the students. From creative lessons to supporting children’s learning across all subjects, every day will offer a new adventure. ️
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering high-quality lessons that keep kids motivated and on track
  • Fostering a supportive and lively classroom environment
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and social development
  • Building meaningful relationships with both students and staff
  • Adapting quickly to different school environments and needs
  • Working across different primary year groups and subjects ✏️
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A positive, energetic, and adaptable personality
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their growth
  • Great communication and classroom management skills ️
  • A flexible, go-with-the-flow attitude to work
  • Experience across multiple primary year groups would be a bonus

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
