We’re on the lookout for compassionate, dedicated support staff to join friendly primary schools across Lambeth. Whether you’re a seasoned TA or looking to bring your classroom superpowers to a new setting, we’ve got opportunities where you’ll be seen and supported.

  • Creating calm, inclusive spaces where all pupils feel safe

  • Helping with learning activities, classroom routines, and pastoral care

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a primary setting (voluntary or paid)

  • A patient, positive approach and excellent communication skills

  • A genuine passion for supporting children to succeed

  • Bonus points for SEND experience or Thrive training (don’t worry if not—we offer free training too!)

The serious stuff:

To work in schools, you’ll need an enhanced DBS on the Update Service. If you don’t have one yet, we can help you apply quickly and easily as part of registration. Keeping children safe is our top priority.
