What you'll be doing:

Supporting children 1:1 or in small groups to help them thrive

Working closely with class teachers and SEND teams

Creating calm, inclusive spaces where all pupils feel safe

Helping with learning activities, classroom routines, and pastoral care
What we’re looking for:

Experience in a primary setting (voluntary or paid)

A patient, positive approach and excellent communication skills

A genuine passion for supporting children to succeed
-
Bonus points for SEND experience or Thrive training (don’t worry if not—we offer free training too!)

To work in schools, you’ll need an enhanced DBS on the Update Service. If you don’t have one yet, we can help you apply quickly and easily as part of registration. Keeping children safe is our top priority.
