Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll be the go-to helper in the classroom, supporting teachers and pupils alike to create an environment where everyone can shine! You will:

  • Assist pupils individually or in small groups to boost their confidence and learning progress 
  • Support children with a wide range of needs, helping them engage fully with lessons and activities 
  • Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning support, adapting activities to suit different abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
