We’re working with several welcoming primary schools across Sheffield looking for two brilliant Behaviour Support Mentors to join their SEND teams.

You’ll be supporting pupils with additional needs—ranging from Autism and ADHD to SEMH and speech & language challenges—helping them settle, focus, and thrive in school.

If you’re calm under pressure, confident in behaviour support, and ready to be a steady, positive presence in a child’s school day, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with SEND, particularly communication and behaviour needs

  • Confidence supporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or language barriers

  • Training in Makaton or PECS? That’s a real plus!

  • A commitment to growing your practice through CPD and support
