In this role, you’ll be part of a truly supportive team, making a real impact every day by helping pupils access learning, develop communication, and grow in confidence. • Supporting pupils with physical needs, sensory processing, and communication

  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver tailored support

  • Promoting dignity, independence, and positive relationships

Why this school?

  • Specialist training provided, with a leadership team that champions SEND provision

  • A genuinely caring environment with a focus on wellbeing for pupils and staff

What you’ll need:

  • Experience supporting individuals with PMLD, complex needs, or profound disabilities (personal or professional)

  • A patient, empathetic approach and a can-do attitude

  • Willingness to assist with personal care and physical support where needed

  • A belief in every learner’s potential to grow
