We’re working with a specialist school in Doncaster that supports children and young people with complex needs and disabilities. They’re looking for a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join the team full-time.
You’ll be a key part of the day-to-day support network—helping pupils feel safe, comfortable, and included throughout the school day.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils with personal care routines (toileting, changing, feeding)

Assisting with mobility and use of specialist equipment (training provided)

Helping create a calm, respectful and nurturing environment

Working closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual care plans
This role is ideal for someone who:

Has experience in care, SEND, or support work—or personal experience caring for someone with additional needs

Is calm, compassionate, and resilient
-
Understands the importance of dignity, routine and patience in a care role

Is open to training (e.g. Moving & Handling, safeguarding, personal care protocols)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
