Protocol Education is supporting a secondary school in West London to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic PE Teacher.

About the Role:

  • Plan, deliver, and resource engaging PE lessons that enable students to make excellent progress

  • Set high expectations to inspire and challenge all pupils

  • Create a positive and orderly learning environment, applying behaviour systems fairly and consistently

  • Nurture curiosity and motivation, encouraging students to achieve their personal best

  • Assess, track, and provide constructive feedback to move learning forward

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school by leading enrichment activities, sports clubs, competitions, and trips

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practice, share resources, and drive continuous improvement

  • Uphold safeguarding standards and promote the welfare of all students

Role Details:

  • Location: West London

  • Contract: Full-time, permanent

  • Start Date: ASAP or negotiable for the right candidate

  • Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience and qualifications)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree-level qualification (preferably in PE or a closely related subject)

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and eligibility to work in the UK

  • Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for physical education

  • Effective behaviour management and commitment to high standards

  • Experience raising attainment and driving progress in a challenging environment

  • Ability to contribute to enrichment, extracurricular activities, and wider school culture

  • Reflective practitioner, open to feedback, and committed to professional growth

  • A genuine belief in the potential of every student

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
