Part-Time SEN Teaching Assistant – Ilford

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school team in Ilford.

This part-time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

In this role

  • you will work closely with pupils who may have Autism, ADHD, be non-verbal, or have a visual impairment.
  • Your support will be essential in helping these children access learning in a way that suits their individual needs.
  • You’ll also be a valued member of the classroom, offering general assistance to the teacher when required.

The ideal candidate will be patient, adaptable, and committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment. Experience with SEN is highly desirable, though a strong willingness to learn and engage is equally important.

This position is available for an immediate start.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
