Protocol Education are currently working with a lovely college in the Brent area who are looking for an experienced Construction Teacher to join their team from September.
About the Role:
As a part-time Construction Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical lessons for students aged 14-19. You will play a key role in inspiring the next generation of industry professionals by combining your technical expertise with effective teaching methods.
Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons.
- Assess and provide feedback on student progress.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Relevant teaching qualification in Construction or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction preferred, but not necessary,
- Previous experience teaching Construction subjects
- Strong knowledge of construction practises and techniques
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
