The Role

We’re seeking a confident and organised Office Manager who can:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the school office
  • Manage systems, records, and communications smoothly
  • Support staff, pupils, and parents with a friendly, professional approach
  • Ensure compliance and administration tasks are handled efficiently

This role is full-time, long-term and has every chance to become a permanent opportunity for the right person.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ideally, previous experience as a School Office Manager
  • Strong knowledge of school systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor, or similar)
  • A calm, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
