We’re on the lookout for a brilliant Early Years Practitioner to join a warm, community-led nursery in Easton, Bristol. This beautiful, timber-framed setting (think: garden doors flung open, children playing freely, and plenty of fresh air) is the perfect place for toddlers to thrive, and for you to do your best work.
Your role: more than just a job
You'll spend your days supporting curious toddlers as they take their first big steps into independence, learning and social play. Through routines, stories, songs, and plenty of outdoor adventures, you’ll help them grow in confidence and curiosity.
✨ What you’ll bring:

An Early Years qualification (NNEB, NVQ Level 3+, BTEC, or higher – QTS, Foundation Degree or BA Hons in Early Years Education / Child Development all welcome)

A strong understanding of toddler development — and how to gently guide those big emotions and even bigger energy!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
