Bristol | 7:45am–6:00pm, Monday–Thursday
Up to £14.50/hour (depending on experience), paid weekly via PAYE
Start Date: July 2025

Love helping little learners take their first big steps? We’ve got a nursery role you’ll want to run—not walk—towards.

We’re working with a well-loved nursery in Bristol that’s all about warmth, wonder, and wobbly first words. The setting has a strong focus on child-led play, outdoor adventures, and creating a home-from-home feel for their children and staff alike. Think messy play, mini masterpieces, and magical storytime corners—all in a setting that celebrates curiosity.

About the role:
You’ll be working four days a week (Monday to Thursday), 7:45am–6:00pm, as part of a friendly, experienced team who are passionate about early years care. You’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships with children and families, supporting learning through play, and helping the nursery’s little ones feel safe, seen, and supported.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
✅ A love for learning-through-play and a patient, caring nature
✅ Someone reliable and full of energy—you know every day brings something new!

What you’ll get:
✨ Up to £14.50 per hour, depending on experience
✨ Weekly PAYE pay—no umbrella company faff
✨ A supportive local consultant to guide you
✨ FREE access to our online CPD Academy (EYFS modules included!)
✨ The chance to join Thrive training—boosting your skills and appeal to future employers

This is more than nappies and nursery rhymes. It’s about setting little people up for a lifetime of learning. Sound like your kind of place?
