Your Role:

Get hands-on: Support and deliver imaginative, engaging activities that spark curiosity and learning.

Champion young learners: Work closely with small groups and one-to-one to build confidence and encourage development.

Create a nurturing space: Help every child feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.

Celebrate progress: Track, support, and cheer on every achievement along the way.

What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification — essential to jump straight in.

Up-to-date Safeguarding training — keeping children safe is at the heart of everything we do.

Experience in early years settings — especially valuable if you've supported SEN children before.

A positive, patient, and lively approach — enthusiasm is just as important as experience.

Strong communication and teamwork skills — because great things happen when we work together.
Bonus Skills:
