Protocol Education are looking for Tutors who have experience teaching core subjects across all ages with a passion for transforming lives of vulnerable learners working alongside local authorities.
This is an amazing opportunity for aspiring teachers to help support young people and the next generation of adults in Essex. If you have a passion for teaching and tutoring face to face and thrive off seeing your support help students then this role is perfect for you.
We are keen to hear from inspiring QTS, NQT's, Teaching Assistant's with Level 3 qualifications, HLTA certification or graduates who are considering a career within education. Ideally you will have your DBS on the update service, or willing to acquire one which we can assist you with.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions.
- Develop personalised lesson plans tailored to students' needs and learning styles.
- Assist students in their skills.
- Provide constructive feedback and assessments to track student progress.
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
