Introducing Our Year 3 Teaching Assistant Position!

Are you passionate about shaping young minds and creating a positive learning environment? We're excited to invite dedicated individuals to join our team as a Year 3 Teaching Assistant!

What You'll Do:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to students who need extra support.
  • Foster a nurturing atmosphere where every child feels valued and motivated to learn.
  • Assist with classroom management and organization, making each day run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and parents to ensure each child's progress.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for helping students succeed.
  • Relevant certifications or training (desired, but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
