MIS Assistant – Performing Arts College, Walthamstow
Start Date: 1st September
Working Pattern: Full-time, 5 days per week
Location: Walthamstow

A vibrant and creative Performing Arts College in Walthamstow is seeking a dedicated MIS Assistant to join their team from the 1st of September. This is a key administrative role that supports the management of student data across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Recording and maintaining student data on Arbor and PICS

  • Managing enrolments and amendments, including progression from Year 1 to Year 2

  • Processing post-results service requests and communicating outcomes

  • Assisting with timetabling and new enrolments via Salesforce

  • Conducting consistency checks (e.g. ULNs, prior grades, parental info)

  • Managing student records on the LRS system

  • Supporting English and Maths enrolment processes

  • Inputting and maintaining key student information (FSM, Bursary, SEN, EHCP, medical info)

  • Processing student withdrawals within the 6-week window

  • Uploading and managing student photo files

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience using MIS systems, particularly Arbor and PICS

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Confident with Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and Outlook

  • Strong data input skills and the ability to manage large sets of information

  • Fast learner, able to adapt to new systems and processes quickly
