Male Teaching Assistant – Full-Time

 London, W12

 September 2025

 Full-Time, Long-Term

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a thriving secondary school that values creativity, teamwork, and student-centred support. You’ll be part of a friendly, committed staff team supporting learners across a range of subjects—helping them stay focused, feel understood, and reach their potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting individual students or small groups within the classroom

Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement

Helping deliver learning activities that make a real difference

Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and the wider pastoral team

Bringing patience, humour, and a good sense of direction (literally and figuratively)

What We’re Looking For:

Experience supporting young people in school, youth work, or similar roles

A confident communicator who builds rapport with ease

Someone who can be both firm and fair—especially important in secondary settings

A strong male role model, especially for students needing that consistent presence

Thrive training? Amazing. Not yet? We’ll sort you out with free access to our online Thrive course—it’s a big plus for schools and helps you stand out from the crowd.
