Lunchtime Supervisor (Early Years) – Birmingham Primary School

Birmingham | 1 hour per day (12:00–1:00pm), Monday to Friday
Start Date: September 2025 | Long-Term Role


Make a difference in just one hour a day!
We are looking for a caring, reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly primary school team in Birmingham from September 2025.

You will be working with our Early Years pupils, helping them enjoy a safe, happy, and sociable lunchtime. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young children during an important part of their day, encouraging positive play, helping with routines, and ensuring their wellbeing.


Key Details:

  • Hours: 12:00 – 1:00pm (Monday to Friday, term-time only)
  • Start: September 2025
  • Contract: Long-term, with potential for ongoing work

The Role Involves:

✅ Supervising children in the dining hall and playground
✅ Supporting positive play and social interaction
✅ Encouraging good table manners and healthy eating
✅ Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of pupils at all times
✅ Assisting with minor first aid when required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
