The role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA) you’ll be helping teachers to support students in a welcoming and inclusive environment. From phonics to fractions, reading groups to break time duty, you’ll be a trusted part of this close-knit school community.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting class teachers in delivering fun and inclusive learning
- Leading small groups and 1:1 interventions to boost pupil progress.
- Helping to create positive environments where children can thrive.
- Providing high quality pastoral support and help manage classroom behaviour.
- Taking initiative and owning areas of responsibility.
You’ll be a great fit if you…
- Have a Level 3 TA Qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience in schools, particularly with EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage confidently and creatively with students.
- Patience, adaptability and a genuine love for working with children.
