We’re on the lookout for dedicated, Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants to join welcoming primary schools across Southwark. Whether you're working one-to-one, running small groups, or supporting the whole class, you’ll play a vital role in helping pupils feel confident, included, and ready to shine.
The Role:

Supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need a boost

Helping create a positive, engaging classroom environment

Assisting with learning activities, behaviour support, and day-to-day routines
What we’re after:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
-
Experience supporting pupils in primary schools
-
A warm, patient approach with a passion for helping children thrive

Good understanding of safeguarding practices
-
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
