The Role

We’re seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join the SEND team and support pupils with a range of additional needs. You’ll be a vital part of the classroom, helping to deliver tailored learning experiences that remove barriers and build independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing targeted 1:1 and small group support

  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of differentiated learning activities

  • Supporting children with autism, SEMH, ADHD and other additional needs

  • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies

  • Helping pupils develop communication, social, and life skills

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

  • Have experience supporting pupils with SEND in mainstream or specialist settings

  • Can adapt your approach to meet a variety of learning needs

  • Are patient, empathetic, and resilient

  • Bring creativity, positivity, and a proactive attitude to the classroom
