About the Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll be the go-to support in the classroom—helping pupils shine, backing up teachers, and keeping the day running smoothly. Whether it's phonics, maths, or playground duty, you'll bring positivity and purpose to every moment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting children in class and around the school
• Delivering small group or 1:1 interventions ✨
• Creating and preparing engaging learning resources ️
• Tracking progress and celebrating pupil wins
• Supporting during playtime, lunchtime, and transitions
• Staying calm and positive when things get tough
✅ We’re Looking For:
• A Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
• School-based experience, especially in primary settings
• Great communication skills and a team mindset
• Patience, flexibility, and a love for working with children
• Someone proactive, enthusiastic, and ready for anything!
