The Role:
As a Level 3 TA, you’ll be a vital part of the classroom team – helping children thrive, supporting teachers, and making each day a little brighter.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting pupils during lessons and throughout the school day
• Leading small group work or one-to-one interventions ✨
• Preparing engaging resources like a creative genius ️
• Celebrating every win, big or small
• Helping out during playtime, lunchtime, and transitions
• Being a calm and caring presence when things get tricky
✅ We’re Looking For:
• A Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working in schools — especially with primary-aged pupils
• Brilliant communication and team spirit
• A nurturing, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach
• Confidence and initiative – every day is different, and that’s half the fun!
