We’re looking for a Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs in a primary setting. You’ll be the calm voice, the steady presence, and the one who helps those lightbulb moments shine through.
What the role involves:

Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups with SEND needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH)

Using visuals, routines, and strategies that really work

Working closely with the SENCO and class teacher

Helping children feel seen, supported, and safe
You’ll be great if you:

Hold a Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)

Have experience in SEND settings—or a passion to develop in this area

Stay cool in the chaos and bring patience in spades

Are ready to learn (Thrive training, anyone?)
